‘I started as a Cellar Rat’……I can’t tell you how much I love his humble description of how his love of wine began. Edgar’s wine journey started in Paso Robles as a waiter and after some of his favorite wine producers became friends and opened their doors to Edgar to quench his desire to learn everything there is to know about wine, he and his wife launched Bodega de Edgar in 2007. Bodega, which is the Spanish term for winery or cellar, was a natural fit considering his Hispanic heritage and passion for Spanish wines.

Edgar will be pouring a variety of wines including Tempranillo, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and amazing blends.
